2023 has been amazing to me so far. i speak everything over my life, so I'm pretty sure I'm living what I speak. my 2022 experiences have shaped my 2023 life.

everything in your life can mean so much if you change your perspective. something as small and showering or eating cereal can mean so much more depending how you look at it! give your life purpose by changing your perspective.

2022 has been the most amazing, yet the most emotionally challenging year for me. i've learned so much about who i am as a person. i decided to do 12 things i learned for the 12 months in the year. hope you enjoy!!

by far my favorite episode i've recorded. my dad is the wisest person i know, and he's giving y'all free game! we discuss raising children, honesty in relationships, daddy daughter relationships, and so much more. if you've never listened to an episode before, let this be your first!

it used to be hard for me to understand the concept of not having male friends in a relationship, but i think i understand as i get older. not every friendship is innocent and not everyone wants to just be friends. i guess you have to read the room and respect whatever your partner is comfortable with.

everyone that is not in the military has their own view of what they think the military looks like. there are so many common misconceptions, and i'm here to debunk everything you may have thought about the military!

people repeat quotes and give them to you as advice sometimes, but when you actually break these quotes down, they aren't even good. in listening to the podcast, I realized that i forgot one quote. "can't have your cake and eat it too." while I know what the expression means, it really makes no sense. obviously if I have cake, I'm gonna wanna eat it too!

when everyone has had something, the value decreases. if everyone has had the same access to you, what makes it special for the next person?? it's not very favorable to say that someones value is based on how much experience they have, but the truth hurts sometimes.

should a man pay all the bills? i think this generation definitely says yes because the man is the provider. while i agree that the man is the provider, i cannot say that i agree that he has to pay all the bills. thats so much pressure on one person!

its so typical for a woman to always get the upper hand. if a woman claims her man cheated, but her man is saying he didn't, no matter if the woman is lying, no one will believe the man. a lot of things don't work out in a mans favor because it is just always believed that the woman is telling the truth. this week, listen to hear my take on believing men!
